Classroom Culture Coach

A cheerful woman with long blonde hair, wearing a white blouse and jeans, sitting in a colorful classroom.

I work with teachers to build classrooms where students take ownership of their learning so teachers can spend less time managing and more time helping students grow.

After nearly two decades in elementary education, I stepped away from the classroom to focus on supporting teachers, something I fell in love with during my time as an instructional coach.

I started this work because I saw firsthand the power that building a strong classroom culture had on student engagement and growth, both in my own elementary classroom and while coaching teachers.

When we create a culture where students feel safe, seen, loved, and valued, they take ownership of their learning. And they don’t just participate, they come alive!

Every classroom has a culture.

The question is whether we are building it on purpose.
