Karen brought a new way of thinking to a difficult class. Instead of more discipline and classroom rules, she worked with our teacher to change the culture of the classroom. By partnering in all aspects of the teacher's day, from planning to presentation of material, Karen was there to guide the teacher and provide positive feedback. She made slight changes to the classroom and teacher's expectations that had a huge impact on student engagement and teacher satisfaction.
